FMB Survey Builder
A practical workspace for authoring, validating and exporting the field surveys that state teams actually need.

What I built
Built the authoring workspace state teams use for school field monitoring, with 12 question types, 10 languages, Excel import validation and edit locks so two people never overwrite one survey.
The problem
Survey spreadsheets contain branching questions, translations and cross-references. Small inconsistencies can block an otherwise ready survey from going live.
How I approached it
- Built authoring, preview, validation and Excel/CSV workflows around a shared survey model.
- Designed Question Master and Survey Master sheets across BRSKM, HP FMB, Tripura and J&K CISED.
- Ran repeated checklist validation to resolve branching, cross-reference and activation issues.
The outcome
Used by 4+ teams. Related Bihar ITI work includes an attendance dashboard and a repeatable pipeline for DynamoDB CSV exports, built with ECharts and Bihar GeoJSON.
