What I built
Built an internal publishing space for ConveGenius with collaborative drafts, one-editor-at-a-time locks, and a newsletter that reaches subscribers the moment a post goes live.
The problem
Daily team updates deserve to be searchable, archived and easy to share. Chat threads make useful knowledge difficult to find again.
How I approached it
- Combined public reading with controlled authoring and a weekday publishing rotation.
- Added collaborative drafts, review comments, recovery and contributor credit.
- Connected publishing with per-post newsletter delivery and engagement analytics.
The outcome
A working internal publishing product used by 5+ teams, with a public reading experience.
