What I built
Shaped a chat-first prototype for Gujarat’s VSK platform, where one multilingual composer routes attendance, scholarship and payment requests to the right role workspace.
The problem
Education workflows are spread across disconnected tools. A natural-language request needs to open the right action in the right context.
How I approached it
- Contributed to recommendation-engine analysis, including audience-relative normalization.
- Worked on the technical messaging around role-aware recommendations.
- Explored a conversational shell that routes requests to contextual workspaces and policy answers.
The outcome
Contributed to the connected Pocket VSK / SwiftChat product line. The documented SwiftChat artifact demonstrates the workflows using mock data.
