What I built
Built a config-driven KPI dashboard for Gujarat’s Vidya Samiksha Kendra: 43 school-performance indicators, scoped from teacher to state officer, in English and Gujarati.
The problem
Teachers, school leaders and state officers need different views of education data. Fragmented systems and one-size-fits-all comparisons make the next action harder to see.
How I approached it
- Connected Unified Portal, Pocket VSK and SwiftChat as one education-intelligence product line.
- Shaped role-relative KPIs, peer comparisons and English/Gujarati dashboard flows.
- Worked hands-on with Snowflake data-quality controls and automations.
The outcome
Developed the progression from KPI visibility toward contextual, conversational workflows. The supplied dashboard artifact is a prototype with seeded demo data.
